5 day Intensive Upholstery

Our popular Upholstery course in an intensive 5 day format. This course runs for 5 full days Monday-Friday.

During this intensive 5 day course you will have the opportunity to learn upholstery with Kevin from Market Harborough Upholstery.
Bring a small armchair or dining chair(s) (it has to fit up our stairs!), learn how to strip it back to basics and reupholster it just like the experts do.

All tools will be provided but participants will be expected to buy the materials they need, in addition to the course fee, as the course progresses because everyone's requirements will be different. All materials will be provided by Kevin at a special discounted rate.
A great opportunity to learn a rare skill. There are just 5 spaces on this course, so that everyone can gain maximum benefit.

Please Note: Our doorway is 26 inches wide and due to its construction, items can not be swung around but have to go straight through. Most small armchairs will fit through but please check your chair is going to fit before you arrive.

For complete beginners we advise that a chair similar to that pictured is great for a first project and achievable during the time allowed. We are happy to give advice on suitable chairs. It is also important to get the right kind of fabric for your chair, and again we will advise on this before the course begins.
