Payment
We take payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Delta. Please ensure all details are correct at time of placing order to assist in credit verification. We also require the cardholder's registered address to enable validation with your credit card company. We accept no responsibility for orders that are held back due to incorrect or invalid payment details being submitted. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order and you will receive a confirmation email that your order is being processed. Payment can also be made by mail, telephone or in person and by cash/cheque.

Coronavirus
Leicestershire Craft Centre has taken all the necessary risk assessments and precautions required by the UK government at this time and is regularly reviewing its procedures to ensure the safety of customers and staff.

We ask that noone attend any workshop if they have Covid-19 symptoms. 

Party Bookings
Party bookings can be secured with a £20 deposit. Final numbers and balance of payment are required 7 days before the party and the balance due will be for that final number, whether that many children attend or not. No refunds will be offered in the case of non-attendance of children. 

Refunds

Please note we can only offer refunds in the event of a course being cancelled due to insufficient numbers of applicants or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified, and full payment will be refunded, or a different course date offered.

No refunds or transfers will be given for sessions missed due to illness (including Covid), holidays or any other personal reasons.

In exceptional circumstances, if we have a waiting list or have enough time to be able to resell the space, we will issue a refund less a 10% administration fee.

Consumer Protection

Should for any reason your payment card be used fraudulently to purchase goods from the site, you are entitled to cancel the said payment. If a payment has already been taken from your card, you are entitled to a re-credit or to have all monies returned to you by your card issuer, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000).
